Why We Built This Site
Minnesota gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but the access path depends on who holds the file. Swift County District Court handles civil, family, probate, juvenile, criminal, and traffic case files. Court Administration, led locally by Katie Bloch, handles certified court copies and courthouse access. Mike Hoffman is the interim sheriff. Sarah Jaeger leads the Auditor-Treasurer office that routes marriage records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
